I have travelled several times now with Picks Travel and I am truly glad I have discovered them for my airport transfers as from my own experiences it can be a bit of a minefield out there!. From the offset communication is prompt and clear and you are given reassuring confirmations at the time of booking as well as prior to travel, you are informed who will be collecting you and on the day as well as their vehicle information and you are again informed when they are on the way and when your driver has arrived. There is no worrying about whether someone will remember to come and most certainly you do not need to chase them to check all is well with your booking. All the drivers are professional, friendly and are capable and responsible drivers and their vehicles are always very clean and fresh. Importantly as a woman travelling by herself at all hours, I always feel very safe and have never had any issues or concerns at any time.
