I have been buying Bravecto and Heartgard Plus for years. This time the checkout page changed and I am unable to complete my purchase
Stay the hell away from them, customer service is limited to one email. I ordered it and did not see that it was from the UK. Ok no big, but it said 6 to 12 days for delivery. A pain, but I figure I givem a chance. No phone number listed, and only got a half assed responce saying it may take up to 14 days. Well we are going on 3 weeks and still no product. STAY THE HELL AWAY! I am contacting my bank to get my money back!
Ordered without realizing they were located outside the US and was a little concerned when I saw some reviews that said the company was bunk. But I was sent confirmation emails and my order arrived in exactly 1 week from order date.

DO not buy from these people! They said they shipped me my package (to Canada) however I never received my package and the company refuses to re-ship to me. They refunded me only 98% of my money and will not refund me the rest. Horrible service do not recommend this company.
I have used Pet-i-Supply for about 3 years with no problems. The price is extremely competitive. The shipments may take a little longer since they don't come from the US, but I have always received my product (Trifexis).
6 month supply of revolution(stronghold)ordered after got dog tested for heart worm bought 1 dose from vets office to hold over till product arrived the 6 months worth was just a bit more than the 1 months dose from vet office great savings packaged in same packaging as would get in office and experation dates were for over a year away so no worries about getting outdated meds
I ordered Trifexis on 7/8/2015 and on 7/15/2015 it was already here (Dallas/TX)!

I used to order from a different vendor before but they discontinued the product (Comfortis) so I decided to give it a try and ordered with Pet-I-Supply.com.
I also switched from Comfortis&Heartguard to Trifexis.
Everything's fine, my dogs don't have fleas and I can still save some money.
Please note that the products come from Europe/UK and the pet weight is in kg instead of lbs.
