Did not contact me when their was an issue and overcharged on shipping. Gave a song and dance before admitting overcharging shipping. Being in law enforcement, stay away from these bums. Even lied about sending me an email after I complained and still have not received one. Bottom line, said what they all say, where in it to make a buck.

Ordered one long gun from these folks. There was a change in Sig Sauer's promotion and PSZ worked with me to resolve it to my satisfaction. Then I ordered a shotgun from them. Both shipped in the time stated.

In addition, they recommended a local FFL Transfer agent. After talking with the local agent, I decided to use them for the transfer. It was a splendid experience.

Ordered two extra shotgun mags. Some ammo didn't work in them. Personalsecurityzone.com offered to pay return shipping and refund my purchase price AND original shipping. More than fair.

I found Mary Kay and Tom to be personable, helpful and eager to please. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

I've not had the experience others have had. My order has taken about 2 weeks so far to ship for something that was listed in stock. I keep getting promises it will ship the next day and still no UPS or FedX tracking number with conformation they have it in hand, My order, again is suppose to ship my 5 pm Pacifc time (4/6/2011) We'll see.

I was very impressed with the customer service. In fact, if I still worked as a customer service manager, I would use these people as an example of what great customer service looks like.
