I have been doing my Xmas shopping mostly online and no store has stood out until I shopped at Perpetualkid.com. I just received my package and the overall experience made me feel like I got the best customer service ever... without even contacting their customer service!

First, they send email updates on your order consistently. I even knew when my package was "out for delivery" without having to track it myself. Then, I opened the package and there was this little monster puppet thing with a packing peanut in its mouth. It was a free gift, cheap little finger puppet... but because it had the packing peanut securely in its mouth, that means someone actually took the extra minute to put it in there! What other company does such a small notion just to make their customers smile when they open a box? None!
