I wish i read these reviews before dealing with this backyard shop.
Paid for the item in time, selected for 'pick-up' deliver, waited for 4 weeks just to be told that 'item was allocated to another order, but if you want it, you can pay extract $15.'
And this is after following up with them the week before, when they said 'the item is in its way from our warehouse in SA, will be available collection in 2-3 business days'
What a bunch of liars. Their shop should be closed and charged with misleading practises.
Never deal with them again!

100% scam

I bought and paid for a Canon printer almost 2 months ago and was expecting it to arrive in few days as indicated on website (2-3 days).
Week later, still no printer, so rang to see how much longer it will be. Was told they were having a problem with supplier, but the printer is on the way now.
Another week later... rang again and was told exactly the same story again. At that point I decided to cancel the order which I was told has to be done by email.
Ok, so I emailed my request to cancel straight away and never heard anything back since. It's now been almost 2 months since placing the order.
Watch out for Penta! Scammers & liars!
