Absolutely discussed with the lack of after sales customer service. Order placed 27th November. Got stuck with Evri on 2nd December. Still stuck 12 days later. Evri don't accept queries from the receiver of the parcel only the sender Have tried emailing Peacocks no reply after a week. Tried calling, held in a queue for over an hour until my battery ran out, heaven knows how much that has cost me. Still no idea when I might get my parcel, obviously not before Christmas. Very disappointed and will never use them again
Peacocks has changed so much. For the worst. I think management need to take a look at everything, from their policies to the staffing in the shops as it's quite possibly the worst high street shop now.
I've just come out of the hoddesdon branch, needed to collect an order (ordered for the 1st time since their change of online returns policy) so didn't know I had to fill something in online 1st before I could return. I can't get online on my phone, I just have minutes but no data. I live 10 miles away from my nearest peacocks so it's a 20 mile round trip for me. So now I'm home, my order isn't wanted, I've filled out the online returns form, then have to go back sometime within 14 days to get a return, so that will then be 40 miles I've done just for 1 online order! It's ridiculous! PLUS the staff in the hoddesdon branch are really not that chirpy or helpful. Especially the manager!
Last week I spent £122 in another peacocks whilst out xmas shopping for the day, I've made a decision to return the whole lot and never shop in peacocks again!
Management get your act together!
