I have tried a test conversion. The result was worse than e.g. finereader, especially regarding the loss of formatting. Therefore not usable for me. I then fell into the subscription trap and unlike the trustworthy PDF guru, who refunded everything, they did not want to refund the debited installments except for one, although I did not use the program after the test. In contrast to the competition, pdf simply used the less transparent automated payment procedure without visibility of the individual debit, so that the debit is not noticeable.
Attempted to cancel and stop the sutomatic billing but no response or ability to talk to anyone e live. Don't want to continue as never use this. Disgusted. Would never sign up for a ythi h line this agzin

Once they got my account information they set themselves up with a 49.95 per month recurring payment and refused to return my money I did not authorize until I canceled my PayPal dispute. Canceling would have left me with no recourse had they not returned my money which they still have not returned.

It's scam. I did sign up for a single one time service and than get charged 50eur a month as subscription. Even if I did sign fully 50eur is far far expensive

I selected download as PDF and I got a Word file. I hate Word, always have. I'm still interested in the 3.95/4week plan if I can get the file format I select downloaded correctly.

I was charged from two bank accounts both for the initial access and subscription I did not want. When I emailed to get this resolved no one got back to me…I extremely disappointed.

I recently purchased what "I thought" was a one off conversion from pdf to word for a business plan.
I submitted my details and paid for the conversion of £1.95.
Excellent service, fast and converted perfectly.
I was very happy with your service until 14 days later when £49.95 subscription was taken from my account without my knowledge!
I do not require a subscription, I have never before and probably will never again need to use this service and would very much like a refund as soon as possible please!

I couldn't do the basic things I could do with the PFD Filler, and then they charged my Credit Card $(.99 after I canceled via the website. I left two messages for billing and never heard back from them, I ended up calling my CC to dispute the charge.
