How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at PDFSimpli?

They DO NOT always return emails when you ask for help with their products and then will only give you a partial refund EVEN THO Their EMAIL TO YOU SAYS YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO GET A REFUND!
The customer service person MILI told me it is up to her to decide how much of a refund I would receive, she only gave a partial one, even tho their software never worked. She blamed for not calling for a refund earlier, told her that I had emailed their company earlier asking and waiting for help but never heard from them. She partial refund or NO REFUND!
