Such a charade. These fraudulent character pass themselves off with a very official looking website, tricking one into thinking they are on the US government site. Shady business, does no more than what you can do for yourself on the real passport website. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible.

Paid $64 to these folks for passport renewals. Sent everything off just to have it returned "Denied for Non-Payment" 45 days later. After looking at their website again, I see this little statement on the lower left side stating "Government fees paid separately.". See photo. This is how they get your money for doing nothing. Little did I know at the time that the $98 I was charged was for access to their online copy of the form required for renewing the passports. NOTHING ELSE. I now have to pay AGAIN to actually get renewed passports.
These folks are the best hold up artist I have ever seen. They got $98 of my money for doing nothing and they didn't even have a gun.

Fool me once shame on you! You will not get a second chance.

There is a real warm place down there waiting for these folks.

This is NOT a Government agency. They will charge you $38 just for giving you the possibility to fill up and print the form that is available for free at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html legitimate government passport renewal site. I fell for it not reading a small print on the top of the web site. But I don't know how many people are reading those small letters. If you fell for it already, call your bank right away while the payment is still pending (like I did). They reversed the charge right away. Also make sure you write the letter to your congressman, so they can do something about it.

This company pretends it is associated with the passport office hence their name "PassportUSA". It is easy to be confused since when searching for information their site pops up first before the REAL site ("travel.state.gov"). I wasted two weeks while waiting for my renewal passport only to find out that I did not actually submit any payment to the state department. DON"T BE FOOLED by this scamming company. All the information needed to renew a passport is found for FREE at travel.state.gov. Lesson learned.

This site is a scam site offering u links to things you could otherwise access for free not allowing u to print without paying leading u to believe it is one of the many hoops a person has to jump through to get a passport (it is not!). They state that this does not cover other fees and u are still subject to those but it leads you to believe it is a mandatory part of the process, then refuses to refund your money!
Do not fall prey to them or you'll be out 49$ for a free piece of paper!

I foolishly mistook this site for a govt. Site and filled out a passport renewal form thinking They'd get this done for me. But I realized they only get you to fill out and download forms which requires your SSN #, other personal and credit card info. Has anyone been affected by identity theft or other problems after signing up with them? Please share your experience here. They do have disclaimers of not being affiliated with the US govt. Passport agency but I missed seeing them completely.

This group has a really clean site and makes you feel like you are getting what you need, but its false and a front. The same documents can are downloaded directly from the US Government State Department website for FREE! No Cost. They also make the fee seem like its a lower cost, but the fee gets you nothing. You still need to pay the full fee to the State Department by Check, not an on line payment.

Someone told my wife to use this site and she wasted $38 for a couple hours of frustration and wasted time. And once I took over and got everything entered and tried to produce a printed form, NOTHING HAPPENED! I then got n the US passport site and got her a form and instructions filled out and printed in less than 30 minutes. PassportUSA.org Claims: "We simplify the process of completing Passport Forms Online using our advanced PDF & Document Editor." is a gross mis-representation of their site's functioning and performance. Their PDF document editor is a horrendously bad and inconsistent system with ZERO efficiency and sketchy performance. The performance of their site is so poor, I am now concerned that the private information entered into the input pages is now in jeopardy of being available to the identity theft community!
