This agency is useless if you nee a China Visa

9 or 10 years this was an excellent agency. Great customers service with great results. After taken over by CIBT, it is going down hill. The Agents are clueless, and very unprofessional. They care more on their bottom lines than the customers. Lazy and unresponsive
