Odoo is great when you don't have a problem. I had my first problem days before Christmas.
It started with me taking a 2 month break because my website was more of a catalogue and with some life events, I decided not to pay for it for a few months. 2.5 months later, I come back, make a payment to reactivate and work on the website. *side note, they'll charge you for inactive months when you decide to come back and they won't even pre invoice it, they just take it!) I had big plans, but they gave me less than 6 hours of access over the next month total. Account manager was unresponsive, support over the phone "could only let everyone know", and support ticket was unresponsive. I finally got a new account manager and he has a management title in his signature... That means absolutely nothing because he basically asked me to explain the situation and I don't think he read my response at all!
We're now a month later, Samantha and Netser hasn't done anything to help. I've only gotten like 4 response emails out of about 15-20 that I've sent. I have canceled my subscription and at this point, I'm watching my bank account to make sure they don't take more money from me.
Life changing experience & life saver... spent years in property systems and locally developed systems... translating management and or /end users business needs to technical teams then get the results and re translate to business needs owners that delivered features although not as expected but can work. It was huge dilemma... which is wiped of with odoo... practical proof of concepts can be delivered simply... implementations exceed end users expectations... simply great innovation
