I placed my order on 11th of October since then my order hasn't been shipped so many emails back and forth they blame the shipping company USPS. Horrible experience
I ordered a order worth of $480 SGD around end of September... till now I have not received the order. The first time I wrote in, they mentioned that my order had to be on hold for security review. I thought it was a scam but after a month of waiting I realised and replied, that was end of October. Few days later, they wrote in that the order was shipped out. Yay...? No. I wrote in again in the beginning of November about the order. Their reply was that the order was shipped but now under USPS and that they could not do anything about it. Now its nearing the end of 2024 and I have yet to receive the package... USPS does not even offer a contact point for international shipment. I do not know what to do, seems like I will not be receiving my $400 back and will not be purchasing from nutriessentials anymore. Please do not purchase from them or you'd probably suffer the same loss as I.
Sophisticated SCAM – Stay Away
An incredibly well-designed and trusted portal with very proactive customer service, fast email responses, etc. HOWEVER, YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE any product shipped to you, despite many assurances and emails sent.
Absolute worst customer service/experience. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Do not buy ANYTHING from them. Fraudulent company. I haven't received my product, which was ordered two months ago - and they refuse to provide a refund. If they resolve the issue, I will remove this review. As long as this review is up - the issue remains and I lost $150USD. Unacceptable. Order #: *****
I placed an order and paid including shipping and then I get an email about extra charges, not only that, they took these charges out of my account, without asking me. I had very little money in my bank so this stung. I sent them emails that they haven't replied to as yet, and yet they replied to the review defending themselves, and im still not sure if I'm getting my product, which was a product to maintain my health.
How is it that Nutriessentials.com shows a product as available, take your money and when you reach out to them after 10 day and have not received tracking info on your order, they tell you that the item is not in stock. Even till this date, the website still shows it as in stock. I contacted them to ask for a refund and they tell me they will give me store credit. Why would I buy from a company that does not deliver and has such shady practices? Buyers beware, do not shop here as they will take your money and ignore you.
I bought some supplements and they never arrived, I sent them several emails to request information about my package. They tell me I have to contact customs! That awful! It's your job because I paid for the shipping! Definitely be careful, do not buy from this site.

If I could have left zero stars I would have. I am still waiting 5 months later for a supplement I ordered in January of 2024 and we are in May. After many attempts to contact them, they make excuse after excuse for not being able to respond. I wanted a refund and they stopped answering my emails. They do not let you add comments on Instagram because they know it will be full of negative feedback.
I work hard for my money. Although it was only 70 dollars and not more that I spent, they stole it. I didn't get what I ordered and they are running and skipping all the way to the bank because I was stupid enough to not so my research about this lie of a company.
Don't trust this company Nutriessential.com, it is 100% scam. I wish I could add a picture of the products but all they sent me was an envelope which had tracking to prove they sent something. Ripped me off over $300
I have received my products within 2 days expedited shipping without any extra shipping charges. I have ordered several products by the brand Pure Encapsulations, Victoria helped me through Process. Thank you so much for helping me out and I will definitely order again!
