Great event, easy 'order' option to book slots to the event. Overall very happy with the booking process and event. Was my and my friends first time at NCG in Newtownards and would definitely return for our gaming niche purchases and hopefully for future events. Their discord is very informative and interactive as well.
As a buyer, all I need to know is am I getting my order, when I'm getting my order, is my order at my house. No fluff, there wasn't 50 emails after an order so I could actually find my tracking number, got an update the day of shipping and an update on delivery which was quick. A 5 star rating for me is exactly what was done.
