I have been a client of NoNotes for many years. I am not sure what their current situation is, however I have a recording that will not play or download. I have been contacting them for 2 weeks via email and telephone and they will not respond. You cannot even leave a voice mail message anymore. Maybe they are going out of business? I don't know, but this recording was an interview that I will now have to pay for twice as we will have to re-do it since NoNotes will not respond to me.
I have used nonotes for about 6 months as my company bought it for us. It works very easily to record phone calls and as I am not paying for it myself, the price doesn't seem to high. I only wish there was a better way to catalog the phone calls within their own system rather than having to download them myself. It would also be nice to have a method of scrubbing through the voice files more easily. Other than those minor points, it is a great service to be able to get our phone calls recorded and transcribed.
I have used nonotes.com for a few years and in the beginning they were fine, but the last two years the recordings work 1 out of 10 times and files shared cannot be accessed. I have tried for months when I had issues to get someone to respond but no one does. Have tried to cancel and can't complete cancellation. Frustrating. It would be a great service if only it worked.
There is NO effective customer service or technical support for NoNotes. In fact, they NEVER answer their phones. I found a direct number to customer service and during the 5.5 weeks of NOT BEING ABLE TO ACCESS ANY NEW RECORDINGS FOR MY ACCOUNT, Customer Service Representative, Jessica Alker never once called me back or answered my call. For a little while she would respond to me by text, but all I got was lip-service and the run-around. Now, I don't even get a text response to my pleas for information on my account. I don't think there is even an actual tech team for the company. I never was able to get ANY information about why my service was not working or when to expect that it would be fixed. I couldn't even get an answer when asking if my issue was fixable or not. This company is BROKEN overall. It really isn't functioning. There is no one answering the phone or able to fix any problems. I don't know what's wrong with this company but I want to warn any potential customers about the tenuous situation at NoNotes.
