This company owner, Nick Pittman, puts out a product that is thrown together by his employees. Nothing fits the way it should, connectors drag on access holes, used parts are used on new machines, belt safety guards are not installed because the motor is installed at the incorrect angle, on and on. He would also not honor a trade-in quote. He refused to correspond with me or the BBB. Just an all-around bad experience.

What a great experience. I bought an Adler 767 from Nick O Sew. It's a great machine. He gave me a great deal. They walked me through the details of the machine and threw in some extras. I will be a return customer. The whole crew there aims to please.

We purchased a JUKI leather sewing machine from Nick-O-Sew. I never used one before so I needed some help. I called in and Hunter not only was amazing in helping me but he even checked back in with me later to make sure everything was okay. He really went above and beyond to help and I can not recommend them enough.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! BUYER BEWARE! This company will take your money, then never return your calls. They have stolen 8300 from my company.

Do your research, they have a terrible BBB rating and customer service is terrible. Don't waste your time here. Go anywhere else that you can.
