Their website says you get your customized patterns in 20 minutes after purchase. Until you get an email saying their automated system had a problem and they have to fix it manually. The email said I'd get my order in 24 hours. It's well past that and despite several emails to their "support email" and a couple of calls to their apparently disconnected customer service phone line, I have yet to even receive a response from them. I'll be filing a stop-payment with my bank. This is ridiculous.

I ordered a dress form pattern from this company, but I forgot to put in my fit adjustments! I thought for sure, I'd have to order a whole new pattern and pay another $38. But I contacted customer support and they were super helpful. I sent them an email after working hours and by early next morning I had a reply. I can get my pattern adjusted for just $2! I couldn't believe it.
So far, I'm extremely impressed with this company. Their customer service was amazing and their prices much lower than what I would expect for a customized pattern.
I haven't made my dress form yet, but if it turns out well when I do, I'll order from this company again.

In custom measurements or standard measurements and they are PDF printable to my desktop printer. This is the best thing I have seen in a while. I can let customers order certain styles and have patters made to order.the possibilities are endless.no more high prices for me.

The Big 4 pattern companies are in for a shock when they see what is happening. I found this site a while back and was not sure what was going on, there is Leko in Russia, Lekala in Geneva and now Bootstrap in the USA. The user-friendliness and social aspect of Bootstrap fashion is captivating. The desgn app puts me in the drivers seat. For year I have wasted days searching for fabric, Bootstrap lets me upload images of my fabric stash and design with that. Doors are opening and dresses are being envisaged with my own fabric... I have to do this... more fabric than I can poke a stick at... what can I do with it? Well now I can try out looks before I waste time, effort and fabric. I am 5'11" and very flat chested... no more adjustments. They are all done... I love to tweak style lines and improve the look but I hate being reminded about what my bustline lacks, both in ready to wear and the usual patterns. I often take a standard pattern through multiple test garments but with Lakela and Bootrap fashion I make just one, the changes are small and obvious.
