Ordered two pairs of Levi's 560 (38x32) Dark Blue Jeans. Received One Pair.
Contacted Customer Service upon delivery on Saturday - they looked up my order and I was told the second pair would be sent out that coming Monday. 30 Days Later still No second pair.
Contacted My Credit Card Company, provided proof and received a refund for the charge against my credit card for the second pair.
The Jeans were actually very good quality and I actually want to order 5 or 6 more but after reading the negative reviews and my previous experience with their customer service (or lack there of) I will no longer be doing business with them.
I have been searching for these jeans since Levi's discontinued them... Unfortunately they thought selling European skinny jeans to an obese U.S. population made more sense to the bean-counters at Levi's then actually giving customers what they actually want.
If Levi's ever comes to their senses and begins manufacturing 560 jeans again I will buy at least a dozen more.

The silver tab model i bought from them was very comfortable. Just like when they 1st came back in that ear. Not feeling tight & very roomy feels. They're perfect. I'm glad they're still available now day. Comfort likes that is very hard to find. Thanks name brandjeans.

Bought 5 pair of jeans. Jeans were in new like condition no rips tears good color. Also very fast shipping.

Early February 2023, I returned a pair of Levi's jeans the day after I received them because the size was wrong for me. Although Name-Brand-Jeans was good with previous purchases, they did not refund what I had returned the day after I received the jeans on this purchase. And I am pissed off about it. I hope it was worth their dishonor because I will never purchase from them again.

I never received my order, they charged my credit card.
Left many messages and called many times.
Nobody answers or ever gets back to me.
$#*!ing scammed me.

I took my first "stab" at buying vintage clothing. Unfortunately, neither pair of the Levi's 560 shipped were correct in either size or cut. This can happen depending on the country of manufacture and I really needed to try on the jeans before purchase was made, but I was desperate to get Levi's 560 again. I notified seller of my issues, was instructed to return the jeans, which I did, and 100% refund was made. The seller could not have an easier, quicker, or fairer exchange policy.

I have 560 jeans that I've had 6 years that looked in better condition then the ones I received. For the money I didn't find it with it. I agree with the previous reviews and 560 being out of production, hard to find and was happy to find these, BUT…not with the money for what you get.
You are buying the name.

I really wanted these jeans to work out as you just can't find Levi 560 anymore, sadly they did not fit my husband. I was however pleasantly surprised by the ease of the return. Email corespondence was immediate and funds were refunded promptly. Overall a good shopping experience.

Got 2 pairs of Levi's was mislead thinking the jeans were new. Got some old used garbage. If I wanted to buy used jeans I could of got a much better deal at the Goodwill store.

I ordered two pairs of used jeans at $60 a pair. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I received two pairs of very used 560 jeans. For $60 dollars I was expecting a new pair of jeans - not the case. This company is using false advertising. They should be stating up-front that they are selling used jeans. I am going to return these jeans, but based on the reviews, I will probably not get my credit without involving the credit card company. Unless you are willing to pay $60 for a pair of used jeans, do not order jeans from this company.

I have a copy of what I ordered. They sent jeans that were 36 when I ordered a 29. The jeans were supposed to be 550. They sent 560.

Wish I would have looked here before ordering. I ordered 2 pair of 560s (nowhere on their site does it say used). I spent $130 and waited EIGHT WEEKS to receive very used jeans. I demanded a refund, but after reading reviews here, feel as though I shouldn't bother. Now if I could only find a reputable source for these jeans...

I bought blue jeans from the company. They sent black. I contacted them about an exchange and they said no, and were very rude. I followed policy for a refund and sent back the jeans (signature required). I never got my money. Now I am out jeans, the price of the jeans ($68.57), and the shipping both ways. Don't get scammed!

I ordered 560 jeans and was sent 550 - they are not even the color I ordered. Order ******* and they will not even pay for the freight to return what they shipped to me incorrectly. We have been looking for 560 jeans everywhere. ZERO stars!

I purchased two jeans. The size was incorrect. I tried emailing them. The email does not exist. I tried calling customer service and the person yelled at me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. BUYER BEWARE.

Ordered 2 new pair of Levi 560 jeans at 60 dollars a pair... Received 2 pair of used wrinkled stained 560's. Incredible! Not an honest company... will definitely never patronize again. Buyer beware!

I had to wait for a small period of time. Order got mess up and fix even better than I thought. This place is the best place to buy jeans from and I will be buying from them from now on and until I died... thanks guys for being great business men and having great customer service. Thank you
