Terrible product support

I bought one of their luggages from Macy's and it is broken after my first trip. Macy's told me to reach out to Naftali Inc for warranty. (They said it had 10-year warranty)
Naftali said the warranty doesn't cover regular wear and tear. They don't stand behind their product.

Great for wholesale

I purchased a couple of tech gadgets here (bluetooth speakers, power banks, and selfie sticks) for my online store. The process was easy and my order was delivered on time. The products have been selling well and I have not received any complaints from my customers so far.
