Going through NACA has been a positive experience for me. The staff is very professional and dedicated to ensuring that you understand every step of the process. While it's not a quick fix, the support and resources provided make it a very worthwhile program

The process can be long and tedious but I will say it forces you to take a hard look at your finances. The workshop and the workbook are very informative as well. Most of the information you have to provide is straightforward. Overall in my experience so far I would recommend using NACA.

NACA's website is easy to navigate. You have to complete a workshop before you can start submitting documents. I like the fact that the workshop is self-paced and online. My counselor is Ellen and she was very nice to talk to. I'm excited for this process and the next steps.
