What happened to My Yahoo. I had it set up so I could access all my favorites websites in "
Bookmarks". But that's gone and I can't find it. I called Yahoo Help and literally got nothing. Those people who call themselves technicians, know absolutely nothing. I spoke to two different technicians and neither one even knew what Bookmarks was. Huh? You are kidding me. This is the worse change Yahoo has ever made.
A month ago this was a 5 star site! It was a great homepage, you could choose theme, content, edit layout, move things around, etc. The new My. Yahoo is so boring. The content choices are getting smaller and smaller, the themes are the worst, and I have not seen anything good written about it, I have seen a lot of complaints, but evidently Yahoo doesn't listen.
AWFUL EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS.
REJECTS EVERYTHING.
MOST PEOPLE HATE IT.
BRINGS IT VERY LITTLE REVENUE.
CAUSES A OF HATE AND BIGOTRY IN THIS COUNTRY.
IT IS ESSENTIALLY USELESS AND SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO EXIST AS AN ENTITY.
MAKE CERTAIN THESE COMMENTS ARE SPREAD THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY.
YAHOO SPECIALIZES IN DISCRIMINATION AND HAS CAUSED MANY ILLNESSES- LIKE COVID.

The Absolute Worst Experience
This is to inform everyone ATT/Direct TV customers! Do not allow a ATT Representative to come to your home while setting up for Direct TV. They will LIE and treat you POORLY when they get you to agree! The "Deals" they promote are a complete LIE!
I was given a promotion that was on the "Last Day" by Christian Ortega ATT & Direct TV account manager for 3-new IPhone 15's and it would be on ATT "On Us" they claim. I was NEVER informed of turning in my old phones and NEVER informed of ONLY getting a credit for the old phones to be put towards the new IPhone 15's.
When confronting Christian Ortega, he was rude, condescending and very short with his answers. A complete change from the nice and courteous personality I first encountered. He blamed me for not understanding the deal and has not responded on how or if he will resolve this issue.
Following this interaction, I called ATT customer care and was given the run around and no one would assist me. I was ponded off on other reps until I got a "Supervisor" that told be I would be given a "Call Back" from Christian Ortega's Supervisor. Which was Christopher Ramos. I never received a call back and I as forced to turn in my old phones since I had only 30 days to do so. I waited an hour on hold to hear this.
Do not trust these people, they will lie to you and treat you horribly! This was the absolute worst experience! I hope someone does something about this, so nobody else is a victim like I was with these people! Watch out for Christian Ortega *******229 and Christopher Ramos *******726
