Muslims Holy Travel

The pick up from the airport was delayed. The hotel booking in Medina was for the wrong day. The hotel room had dripping water issues. The Towels were not provided for 2 days. Wrong address was given to the taxi driver for the Mecca hotel. We had very bad experience and will not use this tour company again will not recommend to anyone.

Muslims holy travel asked me for a deposit of £200 for unreal travel package. I believed him and paid. When I found out that there's no package, I asked him to return deposit back, he asked me to wait, I waited for 4 months, but he didn't return it, I don't recommend them and I don't think they're trustworthy. My deposits and money weren't in safe hands when paid to Muslims Holy Travel and can't get anything back.

Called this company and the agent "Tanveer" said that the flight was direct and everything was OK. He then after confirming this made us pay a £200 deposit. After this he called about 30mins later to make us pay £1600 more to reserve it as if we wait til the next working day the prices will go up.
Come to find out when they sent the itinerary, it is a STOP flight and had a 3 hour stop on the way there and SIX HOURS on the way back!
After complaining to the managers Mir and Mohammad NOTHING was done. They kept calling us wrong. We said they should listen to the recording and send it to us of the phone call at which point they became very defensive and kept hanging up on us.
We are looking to take legal action please do not use this company.

SCAMMERS! DO NOT TRUST!

We booked our Umrah package for Ramadan 2023 and we paid £800 as a deposit. The communication was awful and heard nothing but lies. Now the company did not refund our money. It was very unfortunate that these people took money in the name of Haj/Umrah. We lost a good opportunity to do Umrah with family in the holy month of Ramadan 2023.

I am convinced all of the good reviews are fake and written by their colleagues. Please save your money and do NOT book with these guys. Mr. Faisal should start taking the **Zakat** money instead of looting others in the name of Umrah/Haj.

We will not leave any stone unturned to expose this SCAMMER and get our hard-earned money back!

FAKE 5* RATINGS! Do not believe their fake 5* ratings, if you removed all them this page would be on 1*. Look at all of the negative reviews over the years, they are all the same common theme of deception and then holding back deposit money, it cant be a coincidence! This company has scammed me and my kids out of Umrah and kept £700 of our deposit money and now we are booking everything ourselves! Mohammed Faisal is a disrespectful lier and total 2face who is nice until he gets his way!

Do not believe any of their good reviews. Robbed me of my money and then tried to blackmail me in removing the reviews before they would refund my deposit. Still have not refunded the money. Look at the blackmail whatsapp messages

Extremely unprofessional.I have booked k a room for a week in Madina. After 7 days since paying the full amount we are still listening to lies. And After wasting hours on phone I still have not received the booking confirmation. They hold your money and waste your time as well as energy.
Later I called to speak to their manager (Faisal Sheikh) who informed me that my room was not reserved and he can offer me a refund if and only if I remove my reviews, I was shocked with this blackmail and I refused to do so. Faisal Sheikh suddenly became extremely rude and arrogant, He threatened me to go and report his blackmail anywhere and he will only refund me when I will remove my reviews, then he hung up the phone. It has been three days and I am still waiting for my refund. I have reported them to trading standards and am seeking further advice to look into this matter seriously. I will not recommend Muslim holy travel to anyone after my horrible experience. Don't trust their good reviews I am sure most of them are not given by genuine customers. Scammers scammers!
