I really like a lot of things about this wig thick and full, No bad smell, waves are perfect, the lace is thin, super soft! The seller also kept in contact with me until my package was delivered! Love them

I paid close to $300.00 for a so called 26 inch body wave. It has been installed and has only been 1 week and the hair is fizzy and looks dry. I contacted the company and their advise was to add " essential oils" I have been using weeks long enough to know a good wig doesn't require products in the first week of installation. The unit is shedding like crazy and even coming out in small plugs when brushed.
I am so embarrassed and disappointed with this wig and the company has been no help in resolving the issues. Don't waste your money Shiesty company.

I love this hair! It's so soft and it curled like a dream! I used a wand curler and it curled beautifully. I really don't know how to install wigs on myself but this wig was so easy to install and curl I was really impressed. I'd buy a longer length, may be the skunk stripe one，lol~~

I ordered 3 wigs from Mslynn Hair, the qualities were horrible, the Hair began shedding out of packaging, one didn't look anything like I ordered. I contacted the company, they comfirmed they would pay for my return shipping and asked me to return it cost effective so it helps them. They sent me specific instructions which I followed. They showed me proof that persons from my area have returned to them in the same manner so I took there word and sent my returns as instructed. I sent my returns in 01/08/2022, it was finally delivered in 3/18/22. I have confirmation. Since then the company stopped communicating and replying to me, I've contacted them multiply times, still no response. Very awful experience. Highway robbery. I really wish there was an option for less than 1 star. They deserve a negative star.

I received my order really fast, only within 4 days. Everything is well packaged and I love the hair! The length is good, the hair is beautiful and shiny, there's almost no shading. This the best wig I ordered so far!

Love love love love love. I'm making sure to keep this wig in good condition because it is my favourite so far. Hair is soft and doesn't shed so much. Wig fits perfectly despite me having a big head. I'm really happy with this ladies. No disappointments.

I love this hair so much! It arrived very quick. Their customer service is great as well. The wig itself is very soft and doesnt get tangled easily. It also doesnt shed a lot of hair. I highly recommend.

I had washed the hair for several times, but it still holds the curls well, recently I got a few messenges from the shop telling me about how to care the wig properly, they did better than before. I wonder why all the wig shops their shipment were later than they did last year, due to the covid-19?

The first time i ordered from mslynn it was quite good, no shedding.
The second time i tried ordering, there was difficulty in paying, I should have taken that sign but i was ahead and tried all methods of payment and finally succeeded.
They were so nice and patient with me all along, but the moment they confirmed that my payment was successful, that was it.
They never spoke to me again and when the wig finally arrived in a transparent bag that has no name written on it (terrible packaging with no brand name), it was shedding heavily from the pack. I ordered 28 inches but got 24 inches, i tried messaging again no reply from anyone.
I am very angry!
