The shipping was a bit cumbersome in reference to the tracking. It took an awkward route, leaving for Texas. I did get email notification that it was delivered. I bought this as a reserve for my LGTV.
Excellent experience as the order process was easy, the price was competitive, and the part arrived on-time and well packaged. My only source for TV parts.
Helped me revive a burnt Asus monitor, swapped the mb and worked instantly. Speakers and USB and all ports work fine. Packaging was very good, protected all the parts shipping was good.

It is important for consumers to share positive customer service experiences when we run across them. Such was my experience with TV Parts Today. Their staff was extremely knowledgeable about the problem with my sony bravia tv and send the main board panel promptly. Included also was the appropriate flash drive formatted specifically for this fix to download the software onto. I still had issues with the television and TV Parts Today staff remained concerned with solving my issue without selling me any unnecessary parts. They even sent out the same part more than once to avoid the possibility that the main board may have been defective, at their own cost. Each time I called staff was patient and guided me as to what steps I needed to take for a successful outcome. Given that most people are not LED TV tech savvy there is a huge benefit the support received.
I hope folks are encouraged to do business withTV Parts Today for a tailored customer service experience and alleviating the frustration out of a TV repair. Given the high cost of decent televisions one owes it to their self to save thousands by going the TV Parts Today route. I won't go into too much detail other than to say my TV's IR sensor broke and I knew for a fact it was just the IR sensor. The rest of the TV worked fine. I spent about a year using my phone to remote control the TV but that was a little janky and didn't work with my Logitech harmony universal remote. Enter Ebay and MoreTVParts. One IR sensor and YouTube instruction video later and my $2000 TV is fully functional again.
TV parts communication was good - they checked with me ahead of payment to make sure the IR sensor was what I was actually wanting and then shipped it quickly after payment. Couldn't be happier.
