Moneyinstructor.com site was not usable by students in my classroom after I sought help from district technology. The company refused to refund my purchase for $29.99 that I made to use in my classroom in April 2023. I purchased the subscription to use for the online banking simulation for high school students; it didn't work for my students, so we were not able to practice skills through this site. I requested a refund twice, and the company did not comply with my request. Updated--Moneyinstructor.com did respond to a refund request.
