Prepared the clay as directed and left to dry as per instructions but unfortunately the clay cracked in Numerous places which was not at all the desired result based on images of the product when purchasing

We have to be mindful of the clay and use self-judgment to determine when to stop softening it. As is the case with any DIY project using clay including pottery. The instructions are only meant to serve as a guide. Sometimes, several factors come into play when it comes to achieving the right consistency of the dough, such as moisture, room temperature, and humidity.
However, we do not want you to be unhappy with your purchase so we have already sent you a return label to send the product back to us for a full refund of your order.

Communication was given not long after my purchase that my chosen item was out of stock in the Australian warehouse - which is completely fine and I appreciate.
After notifying the representative that I'm happy for the delivery to come from the Chinese warehouse there was a weeks delay in responding and therefore notifying the dispatch team.
I am yet to receive a dispatch notice and it has been almost three weeks since my initial order.

Very happy with interaction - dress was unable to be delivered in time due to transportation issues & they were very communicative about this & offered to refund the dress as the delivery date was after the date of the event.

Got a super cute feeding set for a birthday present. I'd searched a lot of sites and this was by far the cutest I could find, and a really good price. Turn around was quick with updates on order processing. They're very transparent on their website around whether the product will take longer if it needs to be shipped from o/s. Definitely worth a look for something different.

These guys are amazing! My son was missing shorts with the delivery and customer service assured me they would find a solution in time for my sons baptism. Wow. I cannot rate them more. If by any chance there was any error on our side in getting your package delivered, we would have surely sent out a replacement immediately. However, that was not the case here.

I am so happy with the quality of customer service that is given here. Communication was efficient and fast, I felt like I was really taken care of. Delivery was also very quick and on time! Recently purchased a pair of shoes for my niece which didn't fit and wanted a bigger size. I emailed customer service and got a quick response straight away giving me instructions on how to proceed with the refund. After receiving the shoes which I sent back, customer service representative notified me that the refund has been issued back into my account and I could make a new order for a bigger size. I always have trouble when refunding with purchases online but this was super easy to do! Outstanding customer service, I highly recommend this place!
