The official UK government backed weather site http://www.metoffice.gov.uk. Loads of weather information, updated continuously. In addition to British regions and towns they offer long range forecasts (obviously less accurate), international weather forecasts, and specialist marine and aviation forecasts. Also a fair selection of climate and weather news items and discussions. Well designed and easy to use site.
