Wonderful, wonderful New Orleans jazz. Meschiya Lake started singing - and winning - at the age of 9 and went on to become a circus performer, eating insects and juggling fire. Returning to her first love, this 30-year old tattooed lady sings her guts out in a modern rendition of trad New Orleans jazz that will have you dancing if you can dance and toe-tapping if you can't. Backed with strength by her band, The Big Horns, she has an amazing voice that perfectly suits this repertoire and takes you back to more golden days of jazz. Her new album, "Lucky Devil" is out now.
