From a cracked table to my showroom to taking money for a sectional set that was never received and refusing to issue a refund- this company should be shut down. Do your research that's plenty more manufacturers out there with the same items, better pricing & better customer service.

Furniture's gorgeous and was a great bargain through the retailer of theirs from whom I purchased it. Everything's holding up extremely well and on top of that, their customer service was very responsive and vhelpful in getting me a replacement part when I accidentally damaged one of my pieces. No complaints here whatsoever. I definitely would not listen to that other review above- seems like a typical customer that's looking for a reason to cheat and get their money back.

Ordered Marble Top Dining Table. Was delivered 5 times marble broken. It was not solid marble and not advertised as such. Maybe should have been advertised as thin layer of marble with cheap rock inside. One time is a mistake five times a BI G Problem. Contacted custom service for manufacture of Furniture and was told to contact store where purchased to receive refund. Told them we never took possession of broken table. Just thought they might was to know that this table had a big problem. Must be nice to make horrible quality furniture and then take no responsibility after it's purchased. If you have bought this table and was lucky enough to receive in one piece and now having problems with marble not holding up. I would be willing to bet it's the cheap thin layer of marble with cheap rock inside.

Leather Sofa Failure
February 21, 2021

I purchased a leather sofa from Meridian in December of 2017. It is one of 3 sofas in our home, so it does not receive regular use. We are also in our 70's so we are not hard on furniture. I reached out by email, on three occasions, as directed on your site, with my problem which was of multiple splits in the leather cushion for no apparent reason, but I was never contacted back by your company's representatives. Does anyone care about customer service at Meridian Furniture? There is no published phone number for customer service, so I went back to Houzz where I purchased the sofa, and they had to forward my email to you, because they were not able to put me in direct contact with your company. I was informed that my leather sofa had a 30 day warranty. Items purchased at a discount chain have a longer warranty and more durability. I will never purchase anything from you or Houzz who represents your inferior quality products. The site will not allow me to rate this sofa a "0" or I would.

Meridian Furniture is a furniture wholesaler so their goods could end up anywhere. I purchased their Capri Gold Dining Table (716-T) via Amazon. Just for reference I have seen this table on various different online outlets for upwards of $1000. I paid $750. Thus, this was not a quick decision. I did my research and I expected a quality product at that price point. However, even more than the product not meeting basic expectations - their customer service was appalling and that is what I am highlighting here. I am attaching the series of events that took place after I received my table and reached out to them with an issue that could have been resolved in a far better way.

After reaching out to Meridian Furniture via phone and their website in November 2019. I chose to leave them a review on Amazon and on Facebook in January 2020. (1st picture) Along with a picture of my tabletop. (2nd picture)
In February 2020, they finally chose to respond back to me via Facebook. (3rd picture) To which I promptly submitted my counter-response. (4th picture)

Terrible quality
August 3, 2022

Dining room chair has broken leg after only 4 months of normal adult use! Meridian would not take ANY responsibility. Stay away!

It's just cheap made in china furniture and when it comes damaged they won't help at all. I'd stick with more reputable companies honestly.
