I sincerely recommend buying from this seller, they are kind, helpful and responsible, they helped when I ordered wrong colour, I asked them to change and them did. Beside that, the product quality and delivery are insanely good, it took 8 days to be delivered to Czech. I have no better word to say about them, just magnificent and believe me, they won't disappoint you.
Customer service is quick to respond and helpful. I had a wrong keyboard sent to me bit it was resolved quickly.
Return policy is a bit limited but hard to take advantage of anyway due to shipping costs back to Hong Kong.
