We got a 6 quart Dutch oven pot of Martha Stewart as a gift after cooking first time all the coating starting to peel off second time it got really worse. Call Martha stuart.com and they told me that if you didn't buy it from our site, we don't warranty any of the stuff. Wow don't buy any of her products it's all garbage. Worst quality look at the pictures everything stop peeling off.
Martha Stewart constantly says use the best whatever product you can buy. On one show she made Irish soda bread and said to use it with Irish butter. I looked online and Kerry Gold Irish butter was $17.00. She has millions herself, but most people do not have that kind of money. She uses pounds of butter when she bakes, and says use only farm fresh eggs etc etc.
I paid over $80 for a lighted small Christmas tree. When it arrived, I gently tried to insert the trunk into the plastic pot that would hold the tree upright. The plastic must have had a fault or was previously cracked because it broke with almost no pressure being asserted. So, the tree now cannot stand on its own and is useless. Rather than taking the tree back and offering me a refund or sending me a new pot, they first offered me a 10% discount and then upped it to 30%. So, now I've only paid over $60 for a tree that is still useless.
Martha Stewart has excellent food and a wide variety of food! However the reason I don't order every week, is because it is too much food and vegetables for one person. Plus I eat lunch and dinner out once a week! Some of my relatives can't afford her meals. Can I send a gift box to them like other vendors and pay for it?
Worst service ever. I can't even find a e-mail or contact of any kind to complain. I can find a hundred websites to sell her products BUT no place to complain to rectify my problem! So not worth her crappy products. Why would she or anyone on her team care. Their making millions.
I received this sweater as a Christmas present. I only got to wear in once. I washed it on the delicate cycle of my washer according to the directions, needless to say I had to throw it in the trash. I wish for the price of this sweater it was better made. I would have thought Martha would have made better quality merchandise with her name being on it. Guess not, very disappointed.
I purchased a 5 x 7 area rug with blue and grey swirl design, I have only had this rug for about 2 months and the color is all fading out. If you walk on it with socks the color transfers. I paid $130 for this rug. It should not do that.
Tous website offers lots of tasty easy to make recipes.
Among all of them, the one I love the most is the pancake recipe. It is from far the best I have ever tried! (And believe me, I tried a lot of them) I make it almost every week!
This website is very clear and neat
Besides the magazine, MStewart online has been wonderful to gain more examples for the kitchen, the yard, and the home. Her recipes are wonderful; the quick way to see what to plan for each month is helpful; you might check it out and know there's quite a lot to find there.
I ordered 2 items in my normal size and they are extremely big. 1 is even extremely big but sleeves are tight. I didn't know I would have to pay shipping and to return. This is terrible policy and I didn't read "the fine print" to realize I would have to pay to return. Why would any company want a customer to be this unhappy and frustrated. I am out almost $200. This doesn't make any sense to me. If you would like me to be a return customer, send me a return label without charging me $10. I'm sure Martha could afford this.
