As if it was bad they totally screwed up the transition from the Kitchen App to foodnetwor.com so that I could not retrieve my saved recipes, now the Saved recipes to my "Boards" have disappeared not matter how many times I try.
I have now sent two more emails to foodnetwork.com and all I get back is crickets.
Bad enough they screwed up on the move from the Kitchen app, now they can't make the time to help out customers.
Come on...ANOTHER Guy show?! Isn't he on there enough? Hasn't the Food Network ever heard of not putting all your eggs in one basket? He was unbearably arrogant when he was on Next Food Network Star. Now his ego is bigger than his hair. Every other sentence is, "This is MY show!" And now we have to see his kids everywhere on "his" shows. Makes me nauseous. Between him and the baking competitions, there are very few actual cooking shows with everyday cooks, not celebrities. Guess Food Network is saving a boat load of money, however, never having to look for new talent. Hint: Show us more Johanna Gaines!
Unfortunately, FoodNetwork has disappointed me so much that I can no longer watch their shows without feeling disappointed. Previously, this channel was a source of inspiration and joy for me, but now it has become an empty shell of its former bright self. Shows that once brought joy are now filled with arrogance and carelessness. It seems that FoodNetwork has forgotten what made them so appealing to viewers.
Today 2/5/24 was the final straw for me watching The Kitchen on Food Network. It used to be a good show and was enjoyable and entertaining to watch. Now all the chefs just talk over each other and some have begun the annoying habit of saying "like" five times in a sentence. Today,Sunny Anderson was over the top when she actually stuck her lips in a bowl of topping that was to be used on cheese cake. Disgusting! She's always been a show hog making sure she gets any leftovers from the show but this was the last straw for me. I turned the show off. Food Network has very few shows left that are worth watching and now they have one less.
I just want to comment on the chefs and cooks with long hair! Please tie your hair back and keep it from hanging over the food. It is so gross. I have seen chefs on the kitchen lean over food they are making and their hair is hanging right over the food. If you have ever found another persons hair in your food you know what I mean!
You should be ashamed putting on these men as women they are disgusting drag queens are not acceptable… also the filthy nails of two of your top chefs … another disgusting appearances flay and Alex cannot pronounce her last name the money they make should have nice nail in an avid food network watch do something about this
All competitions have turned cooking into strictly subjective competition. No-one dares take risk or try something new. Media has ruined a great ART! All professional chefs have accelerated the demise through sensationalism.
I used to love the food network, but now, there are so many reruns and show changes especially on the weekend. Even the new shows.
Worst Cooks in America is now just ridiculous. With all their antics, when it started, it was about actual teaching. Beat Bobby Flay all reruns same with Guy's. I must admit I still watch.
Sorry folks... but this show is becoming a comedy act. Not only do the hosts talk over each other, Jeff's 'slanglish' dumbs all of us down. So sad to see this degrade like so many other FN shows have.
I don't need to see costumes or guitar playing...It's supposed to be a cooking show.
Where is giada, barefoot contessa, etc. why must we watch pioneer woman and the kitchen all the time. What happened to the food network it sucks! Go into the vault and find better content. I hate the food network now I can pretty much predict what's on before I put it on.
This used to be a great channel. It is terrible now. I only watch Chopped, as it is the only show left with some quality. Endless hours of Beat Bobby Flay with guest judges faking how much they want him to lose. 24 hours marathons of Guy Fiori and his tricks. Finally, could someone tell me who actually cares if someone called Selena Gomez knows how to cook. If I want
A recipe. I will go to other sources and not the Food Network. Recipes are convoluted and hard to replicate. A person who works can't deal with a 20 ingredients dish that takes 3 hours to make. The diversity of programming is long gone. I do applaud the Julia Childs Kitchen idea but not the idea of "chefs" reinventing her dishes. If you make Ms.Child's dish with your flavors, then you don't know how to cook. Even the Tuscany show was a let down.
It is sad to see a good network ho down the tubes.
Answer: I agree! So boring. I used to try.to cook recipes but it's gotten truly silly.
Answer: Get rid of by the rude Overeating NO MANNER PIG SUNNY ANDERSON!
Answer: Well if you want to be taken seriously then learn how o spell that is first! What is "standers"? Do you mean "STANDARDS"? And it is NOT "lier" it is "liar".
Answer: She yells every time she opens her mouth. Says "know what I'm saying..." incessantly, purports crappy recipes, talks with her mouth full, and attacks every concoction like a starved dog. What's not to like?
