Lorexcctv

Have had Lorex camera security system for several years. Been using the FLIR app on iPhone and iPad. Then it got taken over by Lorex. Said to download and install new Lorex Cloud app. Tried several times but wouldn't connect. Got in touch with tech support and tried over and over for over two hours. No luck. THEN she says " Oh I just learned that Lorex is working on an update for IOS". "So right now IOS devices won't work ". " Sorry".
Really? Not compatible with Apple products? Do they live on Pluto? No idea when that will be fixed. Here's an idea... The FLIR app worked. Why don't you use it?

What a joke of a company. The big box stores should drop them. That's the only way to get their attention.
