Ordered a dress in their sale 5/26/23. Order arrived 6/1/23. They didn't send a dress, they sent a shirt in the same material. Contacted them the same day ………. Crickets. I can't do a return, because the dress was on sale. They have no phone number, and the only contact is through email. I sent another email. Nothing. Purchased this dress to wear on my upcoming holiday on the 10th. Guess I won't be wearing this one. Please do not order from this website - they are not responsive to customers.

Absolutely no response to customer service emails. Had to hound their Instagram team for any response. Made an order and after two weeks it hadn't been sent - after relentlessly messaging them on Instagram they sent an email to say it had been shipped. Another two weeks goes by and the order has now been cancelled. Clearly they never intended to send the item. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Considering how much money it costs to purchase their items, customers deserve a better price experience than this. Abysmal customer care.
