Liquidate AZ shipped my auction items to the wrong address, even though an e-mail was sent to them, detailing specific instructions and an address, per their instructions. They refused to take accountability and correct their mistake, and placed blame on the shipping company and me. They stopped responding to my e-mails respectfully requesting resolution. Very unprofessional practices.
Update: I was able to retrieve all of the items and discovered that ALL of the items were water damaged and the items with an expiration date were all expired! Every single item was completely useless!
I do NOT recommend business with this auction house.
