So I find an item that cost $29.99, I expected free shipping, but I added a loyalty coupon for $5 off which they say makes the item worth one penny under $25. So $7.95 shipping was added to bill completely negates my $5 off and adds another $2.95 on to the bill. I realize it's only a few dollars but that is just wrong. I complained to customer support and they refunded the shipping cost but a back and forth snotty emails makes me say avoid this seller. I have been loyal to them for 5 years, there are plenty of other options for cheap China import naughtiness.
WORST Customer service! I use to order from this site quite often but the last two orders I've made have been a disaster! Still waiting for my products... over a month! And they charged my credit card 75.00 more then my initial receipt. I have not ever been able to track the order and when messaging them they just stick to charging me the middle number receipt even though I have all copies of receipts showing otherwise! I have asked to return the items and get my money back and they keep avoiding it! After reading these reviews I realize it's pretty normal for them to treat their customers like crap and not return their money... STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! Prices might be tempting but there is a good reason it's so cheap... in the end they make sure you pay!

Why just in the past 3 years I've place 8 orders and if you go back to the beginning, it's probably well over 3 dozen!
I have hundreds of outfits, accescories, stockings, gloves, etc. all for the sole purpose of sexy photos.

WORST site ever, service in email response is dismissive, told them to cancel when they didn't have items in stock, they lied about shipping, literally created a label to shut me up about when my items would arrive and never shipped for another 3 weeks, with an item still not available.
Oh and the worst part, my credit card was compromised after using it on their site.
Filing fraud charges with credit card company for failing to deliver.
Miserable experience. Sent us items that did not fit, although we knew our size for the last 25 years, but their items run small. Because of this I returned items, they charged 21% for postage and restock so I end up spending $14 and getting absolutely nothing. They won't do that to me again, especially since many of the sites offer free exchanges for their product not fitting properly.
This website has HORRIBLE customer service. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with any online store, and I've had to deal with customer service representatives who are in India or Philippians. The diva who answers the phone, Jennifer, is rude, rude, rude. She cuts me off in mid-sentences, blames me for their mistakes, lies... I will never ever buy from this web site again. And to those people who still want to brave spending your money with Lingeriediva.com, have your fingers crossed that you won't have to deal with their customer services.
Took my money off my card and gave me the wrong size. I shipped it back in 2 days still haven't returned my money. This company is a complete scam and not made for heavy chested people. Good luck getting your money back from these people. They are the worst
Terrible... The sizes are SO wrong... They took over 3 weeks to process the refund. When I emailed them asking where my return was they stated they were in the process of returning items that were purchased 2 weeks before mine! So I wasn't the only one that had a terrible experience with them! Poor customer service and crappy, poorly made, ill fitting lingerie. No wonder it was so cheap... Not I know for sure. You get what you pay for!
Placed an order. A week later no emails. Check my order through my account. Both items show not in stock and unavailable. 2 weeks now and no response, no refund. Just started a paypal claim to get my refund when they never should have charged my card if they didn't have the merchandise. No response to emails or messages. These people SUCK
I am utterly shocked at the we dgaf attitude of this company. I ordered flat black boots, got sent ugly, shiny, $10 hooker looking boots that are not what is pictured. Their super friendly (sarcasm) rep Jane tells me, "your ordered black boots. They're black, and they're boots." Seriously? Then she told me that's what I get for shopping online. Well Jane, I won't be shopping this company ever again.
