Lifeprofitness

I ordered a sauna blanket from this company and it doesn't heat to capacity. It takes forty minutes for it to get to about 140° F and then it fluctuates. I have to spend almost an hour in it swaddled in heavy clothing just to get a little sweaty. The customer service is ok they sent me two new blankets each one having the same problem. I told them I wanted to return all 3 for a full refund because their product is defective and they passively aggressively sent me a free bag with the third one which I was supposed to get with the first one. Now I have THREE subpart sauna blankets that promised the health benefits of 176° F but don't even come close. I was excited for this blanket but it is false advertising and this company offers free lifetime replacement which tells me their product sucks. I wouldn't buy anything from lifepro fitness because it's cheaply manufactured and that won't stand behind their promises.
