The best pair of frames that I've had, love the look & style of rimless frames! So far everything is good, got my doctor to put my prescription in through my insurance! I'll be keeping up with James Oro to see what new frames they come up with & I will consider to buy more frames in the future!
Just like the title of this review, I've received nothing but amazing quality and experience. I've appreciated the communication they gave me, and the transparency. They for-warned me ahead of time that my frames my receive some damage, due to the age of my frames which I've had for the last seven years. I didn't want to get a whole new set, as my frames were in still good condition. I was suggested of this company from my boss, and it was the best decision I've made with my eye sight! When I need new lenses again, I know who I'm going to. Thank you Lensabl!
The only issue with it is that as you can read from my order, it contained my specific color of blue transition lenses. My glasses did not contain blue, I think they are grey or charcoal. All else, great.
Prices are reasonable, and I love my new glasses. Customer service is good if a little slow. It can be difficult to tell from the site how long it'll take to get your glasses, but this is the third pair that I've received, and will likely use them again.
The first time my order came through, I couldn't see with my new glasses. Everything was blurry and they gave me a headache. I contacted customer service and, after several emails over a two week period, they finally agreed to remake the lenses. When the second pair came in, they were perfect. I loved the frames I had and not many places will allow you to keep your old frames so there is definitely a need for this type of business but I don't know if I would use Lensabl again. The hassle of trying to get the lenses remade when I repeatedly told them I could not see was stressful - especially knowing I couldn't get a refund.
I always looks this particular frame but the lenses were destroyed. I sent them into Lensabl and in a short period of time they are in my possession. I am now enjoying one of my favorite frames once again. TYSM
A few days after ordering my glasses, I received an email stating there had been an issue when making my lenses, so there would be a delay in shipping. Not a problem, but after about 2 weeks, I received no update. I emailed customer service and before I even got a response, I received an email stating the glasses had been shipped. They arrived a few days later. I'm very happy with the glasses, but the order process was a little odd…maybe just a coincidence that I emailed customer service the same day the glasses were being shipped.
First time shopper and I can say it was a smooth process. Glasses came extremely fast and look exactly as show. Prescription was prefect, will definitely shop again
Great service as always. Love Lensabi. Sent my glasses in that my dogs got. They reached out to me because the frames were scratched and wanted t make sure I want new lens put it.
It took over 3 weeks to get my glasses though all the communication I received from lensabl stated I should get it in a week.
I reached out 3 times to support for an update and found out my frames were on backorder. That is fine but you should have proactively told me not having to have me reach out.
Also with each support interaction I was told they would email me updates and they never did.
My second time contacting support they told me that my glasses would ship that day (Friday) but they did not ship until the following Tuesday.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
Answer: I am having the same experience. Took my money, lost my frames and have done nothing on refund nor damages. I filed with BBB as well. Why are they still in business is a surprise to me?How many more consumers do they need to harm before they are fined and/or shut down?
