I ordered a raincoat and it was smaller than it was supposed to be. So far it has taken 6 weeks and they have still not sent me a replacement or a refund! Even though it was not worn, they are saying that it arrived damaged! Customer service "rep" is always the same lady though she is polite, has no say so in any decisions. All she does is forward an email.

After receiving my order,I was shocked at how low the quality was. The materials feel cheap and the construction is poor. Shocked again, I discovered the return process is worse than the product quality! I spent 44.50 and after returning the item, I have 13.50. I see that the company is not trying to give you a quality item, they are simply planning to keep 75% of the money on every return. Disgusting business practice. Enjoy your "leather" items, but don't get too close to a fireplace or oven, that cheap plastic leather is flammable...
This is a birthday gift for my soon to be 13 yo boy. He will love it! I took his measurements, so it should fit fine. I was impressed with the quality for a great low price! It shipped incredibly fast! Thank you!
This is just one those fake websites that sells cheap goods from questionable. Not really worth the value. If I had to take a guess from how the sizes are off this is just the standard cheap Chinese goods masquerading as legit stuff you see on Amazon. Will not look like picture and will not fit. Oh and all the reviews on their site are probably fake, judging by the fact that they almost all sound like sales pitches.
We were double charged for a vest return. Mark from customer service, who also handled the return, refused to assist other than to say it wasn't their fault. Mark refused to provide any contact info for his supervisor & even answered our complaint email we sent over the whole transaction. We've been customers of leatherup for years & have never been treated this poorly. We will NEVER order from them again!
Look out for hidden shipping plus label charge fees for each order. Especially if you have to return an item more than once if it does not fit right for each time it comes to your address and leaves your address you get charged 1199+ the original almost $50 shipping and if you do it more than once for a exchange you get hit for another $50 shipping fee. I refused to pay the last shipping fee and got a refund so I did not receive my full portion that I was charged because of all the hidden shipping and extra labels on top of the shipping fee customers me aware I ended up paying almost $100 in labels and shipping to return a jacket twice so I finally told them to keep the jacket and their extra fees.
Bought boots for wife and I. My wife's boots were too tight. Tried to send them back for a refund but no one will answer the phone, email, tic tok, facebook or instagram.
Update, they finally got back to me and I returned the boots and they gave me a full refund. Looks like customer service is just slow to respond.
I ordered a helmet and fingerless leather gloves yesterday and they arrived already one day later. While I'm bummed I missed putting the NEW15 code in to get the discount, I'm not bummed that I found this company. The helmet is good quality and great value, just what I was hoping for. The gloves when I started putting them on I was thinking they were going to be way to small on my fat hands but after a little effort got them on and they fit like a glove once on. I think as the leather will stretch over time and they'll be fine getting on and off but they're really nice soft leather and good quality. I'm planning on doing a follow up order for some other needed items tomorrow.
I blown away with the quality again & again. Leatherup has always been top notch with the attention to detail. I'm probably close to 10 with all the leathers I've bought & each one gets better & better. The color in this is one that grows & grows on me seeing I have all browns & black. I returned a helmet I couldn't wear because their sizing chart was wrong. I had to pay to return it with it being their fault. You shouldn't provide a sizing chart to order from if you don't stand behind what it says. The helmet only left the box to be tried on. They are sending the helmet back to me saying it's used and has scratches. How do I use something I can't wear? And if it's scratched then that's on UPS. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Everyone i know that's bought from them says the same thing. They'll sabotage their own product so they don't have to do a refund. If you buy from them, you'll regret it.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
