I wish all companies were as pleasant to work with the LaserCycle USA. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Such a positive atmosphere and customer-oriented group. From the first wonderful phone call with Teresa to working with Jonathan, the Technician, to the man who offered to help me bring in my printer and held the door for me, I was sold. I had planned to drop off my printer for the customary 2 business day turnaround. Jonathan glanced at my Lexmark printer, diagnosed the problem (two worn dirty rings) in seconds, replaced them in 10 mins and had me back on the road in 20 mins. No need for a return visit. No need for a wait. I recommend this company highly for all of your printer needs. I know I will be going back.
