Purchased stuff from France and they shipped to this Laporte for shipping service. Still waiting for my package about 14 days! Yes, there is no update after dispatched from seller.

I would give this 0 star. No recommend and think twice if you have this shipping service.

They often steal my parcels and always tell me that only the sender can complain to get a reimbursement, which is impossible when they are in China... Never order in summer usual postmen are on holidays and the theftes skyrocket.

La poste is a joke!

Mailed a small package october 13th 2922 from Paris to go to Slovakia. A month later still no delivery. I called the customer service at the beginning of November and I was told, the envelope was sent… TO KOREA! By mistake and that I had to wait 6 more weeks. No word, no package! The tracking is still showing th3 same info it was showing in November.

No package, I want a refund! It is outrageous that they send the envelope to the other end of the globe, no similarity in the country name!

Do not bother using la poste. They are totally incompetent and there is zero response to get the problem resolve.

They lost our passports
February 14, 2023

I'd like to warn you that using LaPoste for your valuable documents or packages to be delivered is a big risk. Paying for a traceable package does not help at all, they can still not trace the package. The were supposed to deliver our passports from Paris to hamburg and since more than 1,5 months they could not and they do know know where the package is.
1. They do not realize when there is a problem with their delivery
2. They avoid being contacted when a customer has an issue
3. They have no idea where your package can be
4. They do not proactively try to find your package and solve the problem
5. They easily tell we check and get back to you in 2 months!
6. When reaching higher level managers of the company for finding a someone taking care of your lost package, they send you an email that they take care, it nothing changes.
7. Their customer complaint management system does not exist. If coincidentally your package is delivered all is fine, if not you are alone with your damage.
Not reliable, not accountable and big risk of suffering.
It is. It is not a bigger risk if you randomly stop someone on the street to ask for delivery.

I DO want to warn about the big risk of entrusting your package or documents to LaPoste.
