I love shopping with lakeside collections. The site has really affordable prices on over 90 percent of the items. Also a big selection to choose from. Then my orders always ship very quickly. This has been a big help over the years during the holidays. Getting what i need at a fair price, quickly. I recommend everyone to check it out. You will be glad you did for sure,

Thier customer service was the WORST i have ever received. I was first charged twice for my order, then they sent the packages out with out a street address or street#. SO after waiting an hour on the phone to speak to a Rep. She said the only option was for UPS to send them back and reship. Seriously? Not only was the Rep rude but she did nothing to assure my service was their top priority. I said no thanks i want a refund. They do not deserve my business! DO NOT SHOP ON LAKESIDE.COM!

I ordered from The Lakeside Collection but never again! One e-mail confirmation shows me paying:
total:18.10, ship $6.99 surcharge $3.00
But when I go to view order I get:
Total: $18.30 Shipping 9.99

So, which is it? $18.10 or $18.30? Shipping $6.99 or $9.99? According to their chart I should be paying $6.99 for shipping on my order total but they have me at $9.99 which is higher than the average for shipping. And they don't mention this Carrier surcharge any where. What is this for? Why am I paying this? Plus, If I AM the one paying for shipping, why is it taking over 3 WEEKS for me to get my items? I believe they are using SNAIL MAIL and probably paying less for the shipping so they can make money on the shipping that I am paying for!
And how are they going to show on their shipping rates "you save more for shipping with the more you buy"? I buy more and get free shipping from most companies! So I pay for shipping but LS sends it snail mail anyway so I save money or they make $$ on my shipping?

I have ordered several times from Lakeview Collection and am satisfied with purchases made and the price I paid. When I have ordered Christmas items, they came before the big day to be gifted.
