Korean Air is partnered with Delta Airlines. I made a reservation for my son to travel from Detroit to Bangkok. The flight was delayed because the first Officer became ill, but the trip continued 2 hours later. The airline made up for the delay to all of the passengers waiting to start their trip. When my son arrived his baggage was still in Korea he made the flight but his bags didn't. The airline then delivered the baggage to the hotel we were staying at the next morning. This shows that Korean Air will go the extra mile to make sure that things are put right with their passengers. My son was amazed that they did this it was his first trip outside of America.
