DON'T DO IT! This is the pet version of the game Traitors. Essentially, they wield you in with being able to earn votes for activities. You work hard and you get the votes and then you're vested and in too deeep before you realize that there are people trading votes left and right and who have connections they've had for years. They make a living at this and vote non stop which makes me wonder if anyone actually works. Votes are exchanged and advanced at a crazy rate and I feel like a bookie taking bets. This is 100% a scam and I would avoid it like the plague. I have 2 days left of my contest and have to see it through but will NEVER do this again. These people belong in gamblers anonymous. STAY AWAY! They black out screen shots so you can't get one.
My cat was the winner of a KingPet contest last year. My winnings were $3,429. I submitted everything they asked for to claim my winnings. They sent me a message that I didn't qualify for any winnings. No explanation as to why. No way to contact anyone for an explanation. Just a computer generated message, saying basically, you're not getting anything, go away.
I had my yorkie in this contest
You have to pay pretty much to win. I invest several hundred dollars and was in top 5 when the kicked us off the contest. They took my money and then through us out
And gave absolutely no reason for doing so!
Don't put your money into this they will steal it!
The closer you get to the end of the contest, the harder to win. You MUST purchase votes! People who cannot afford it will not win. These people use that money to support their stupid contests. You can literally see the massive jumps in some people's votes overnight. That's not from honest voting, it's from $$$$$$$
Not wasting my time again with this shady company!
How is it someone can just buy votes for their pet and take the win? Many people cannot afford to do that. Maybe prefer to win by their pet getting legitimate votes!
Not fair at all.
Do you guys not look over your own website and the contestants aka the dogs and cats profiles in your own contest? Y'all need quality control employees to look ever the cats/dogs that win the contest over and over again. It's always the same winners and if you look at their profiles it's riddled with people that are exchanging votes which wouldn't be annoying if it weren't for the fact that there are people with an obnoxious amount of multiple profiles and they don't even hide it! Because when they leave votes they reply to their own comments from their other accounts to let the contestant know the fulfilled X amount of votes… It's right there out in the open that these people are cheating and they're basically mocking you and your terms and conditions which you guys clearly don't care about as long as these people are spending money on your site… They are mocking all other participants trying to play fair by making it known for everyone to see that they are creating a bunch of bogus accounts to get votes… That's not okay. Also if someone wins a contest they shouldn't be allowed to participate in the next round… at least to give everyone a fair chance of winning. I do find looking at all the adorable pets a ton of fun and it's a good way to pass the time but held very unfair in many ways. Also find it strange that everytime my pets would rank up in my state a new cat comes out of nowhere and out ranks them just one spot ahead but with enough votes to make it hard to catch up without buying votes… and if you do catch up and pass them by getting enough people to vote, when you come back a couple hours later BOOM there's either a new cat or the cat that you just passed up magically got exactly 1000 more votes… It's also crazy to me that when I logged into my account when I was in incognito mode on chrome it wouldn't let me vote due to risk of ip/bot voter fraud yet you have people with 10+ profiles with exact same name, same pets listed with same pictures blantintlt cheating and their votes aren't blocked? And i wasn't tryna cheat i just wanted some privacy on my browser which incognito mode doesn't hide a users ip address btw yet that wasn't allowed…
Anywho… go vote for my sphynx twins Charlie & Luna. They're the only kids I'll ever need. Maybe I can win this contest for once so I can use the money on their vet bills. No fake crazy sad sob story here like other users use to phish for votes. Yearly vet check up bills are just hella expensive yo…. LOL

Fun contest, but cash prize only goes to Regional winner. We were 2nd in our state and received 800 votes, however in the beginning we were under the impression the 1st-10th place state winners won a cash prize because of how the prize grid was laid out.
You people need to be shut down for the way you conduct business. Dishonest Thieves!
My pup supposedly won $50 from the contest but they want access to your PayPal granted to them firsts while you submit two forms of documentation to them.
Simply BS, we didn't need to submit or grant access for votes. Smh
I hate thievery!
I like Kingpet because it has entertaining games to play such as the Kingpet mini game. I also liked seeing all of the other cute dogs and voting for them. However, I had to give this review a 4 out of 5 because you can pay money for your dog to have votes. I do not think this is very fair but the app is still adicting and fun.
I entered the contest that just ended on 2/28/2023 and after being stupid enough to purchase votes, my dog got 1st in my state yet, there was no actual REAL money won; instead, I got 1,000 free votes for the next contest. This is a joke and obviously a scam. I had read that people's dogs won first or second in their state, winning almost $200 and yet I was dumb enough to spend more money that was basically just thrown away. It gives you false hope and excitement listing you're first through third in your state (Region) because you don't win any money. What a joke! I feel So stupid for paying as much money as I did, be smart and don't learn the hard way that I did, You all are SCAMMERS!
Having to buy votes to keep your pet in the competition is a joke, and if you win money
You are more than likely to have paid more money out for the votes than what you actually win. Then you have to show three forms of ID just to get your money.that's ridiculous.
I entered my baby Bear in there contest and it gave me a chance to see all the different colors and breeds around the world.
I was scrolling past social media one day and came across kingpet to enter my cat in a contest, I was so excited to enter in since I've never done anything like this before. Little did I know, I started to wonder why my cat hasn't been racking up votes like the top competitors have and realized that a big majority of them exchange votes with other players, buy their own votes, win votes through achievements, and vote for their own pet. This thing became addicting and I would check on it every other day to every day. Placing in votes whenever I could. At first it started off small with me donating my own money to get votes and then i started making bigger purchases. I bought more votes than the amount I could actually won. At the fifth day before the contest was over I stopped buying votes because I knew buying more would defeat the purpose of winning money when the amount spent would be nearly the same as the amount won. For the record, buying votes is expensive and it's a total gamble. This game is basically a game of who has the deepest pockets. A couple hours before the game ends, and multiple other competitors are fighting over first place and the temporary first place winner is constantly being replaced by someone else. I could've just bought something else more useful to me with the money I spent or saved it but I learned the hard way that nothing in life is free. If it were an honest game and no one can buy votes, exchange, and vote for your own pet it probably would've gotten a better review. The whole website is super enticing for someone who doesn't know any better. There's a big trend of competitors with a major sob story so don't fall for it. The money even takes 15 days to process once they have the documents they need: ID and proof of residence plus PayPal account
As shown on the site I should have won a cash prize. After winners were announced I waited to be contacted, only to receive a notification that I was awarded votes for the next contest. Many friends paid for votes to get me to the goal and this company is saying this is how their policy works and I will not receive prize money nor a refund. False advertisement. Do Not Pay for votes.
After developing relationships & trustworthy trades, they have started messing with people's accounts. They constantly lock them & don't allow you to place free votes. Don't kid yourself, they just want your money. As soon as you get ahead, they lock you out. No customer service to contact to help you. Invade your privacy asking fir documents they should not need for a "fun" little contest.
My dog won 2nd price from state and it said i would get money and i got votes for the next contest - SCAM
I have investigated this website as part of my job and company funds. This business needs shut down! The "winners" are consistently the SAME accounts and unless you spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars, there's no way to get more votes than these accounts. A few of these account owners seem to be related to or connected to the owners of the company, Playground.
Furthermore, when you start getting enough votes to get close to having more than the regular winning accounts, the website either won't let you login or they start cheating you out of votes, even the ones that you purchase!
Don't waste your time or money! I am unable to login now. I get a response saying "too many login requests, try again in a few minutes". It's been 3 days. The contest I'm in ends in 3 days. I suspect I'll get access after it ends so there's no way for me to win this current contest.
It's pay-to-win, whoever pays KingPet wins. Just that simple. Also there is zero information on how to collect your winnings if you do "win". The money all just goes to KingPet, it's such a blatantly obvious scam I'm amazed they're still around but I guess there's a sucker born every minute.
Initially, it was fun to unlock achievements, see the other pets pics and meet other pet owners. Once you realize the only way to actually rack up votes (you can only vote for your own pet 10 times in 24 hours) is to "exchange" votes with hardcore players in the other contests (there is a huge worldwide network of contests for pets, babies and children), it becomes so stressful and a full time job! I spent literally 32 1/2 hours on it last week! Many players say they want to exchange, then don't after they already have your votes. All this to win $50 or $100? Not worth it AT ALL!
Answer: You get one free vote every 10 minutes. Strangely enough you can use those votes for your own pet. People with 8000 votes in first 24 hours have clearly parted with a lot of money to buy these votes. It's definitely a scam site preying on the vulnerable.
Answer: Totally not fair! I agree with you. Rich people are going to win. They have no confidence in their pets natural beauty, that they have to go buy votes and do all this vote trading. And they just don't care because everybody knows who's buying boats.
