Watch never arrived. There's no phone number to call. They never respond to emails. Do NOT send these thieves your hard earned money.
I purchased this watch for my granddaughter and she thinks its to babyish lol I have been trying for about 5 days not to get an return address. Sent emails one email says "What do you want to return?" really?
I only saw watches on your site? If I'm wrong I apologize. Will never recommend had to give at least one star before I could post my terrible experience. It should be more streamlined for returns!
I was so excited to receive my Fitbit sense since I suffer from SVT and like to keep close watch on my heart rate... what a huge disappointment. For the money spent it was so hard to use and not accurate. I sent mine back and will be looking into an Apple Watch 5 or 6.
It's very good for children looks cool on their hand, and I was exactly looking for this type of products from a long time, their phone functions and features are amazing.
Never buy from this company. Do not trust them.
The product was not as I expected.
I have returned the product on December 2019 exactly as requested in the Return and Refund Policy. However, I did not receive my money back.
On 24/01/2019 I requested the refund again and received the message below:
"Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and for the delay in receiving your refund. Please be informed that we already forwarded this to our Accounts Team and we will get back to you once the refund is processed."
However they did not refund the money.
I bought 2 watches.
Have downloaded APP using QR code but am unable to register on the APP and use the watches.
The watch came with very poorly written directions and customer support was not helpful. Still within the 30-day return policy time frame, my request for a refund was denied. We have bought an alternative watch from a well established company with strong support.
The only reason why I give 3 because of the delay with the shipping, it took a month before it came. When I follow-up my order luckily they reply within the day. Other than that this watch is absolutely awesome, it's actually a smart phone," for kids"! The voice message feature is cool, everything is easy and simple to use, great design!
I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. But trying to figure out how to set it up and which app to get for the watch took way longer than needed, so I need help with their customer service and luckily they really help me about this in no need time. Overall I feel its a good watch to get for a kid and good assistance.
AMAZING for times when you are not near your little one! Love the GPS feature and the digital display. Would highly recommend to others with children!
After placing an order with there website the products failed to arrive on time. Customer service was very cooperative and sorted out the problem quickly and even offered a discount for the inconvenience. Thanks for the service and the watch are working great!
Really good device for my 10 year old son. I live in New Zealand and it works fine with vodaphone network. You can track the child during the day and in an emergency makes clear calls to the contact person you set up. Overall I feel its a good watch to get for a kid.
The watch has worked perfectly for my son during his months at camp. I have always been able to get a location update. He also enjoys the features of his watch. The fit was great for his wrist as well. I would recommend this watch to others.

Bought this for my 5 year old son. Easy to set up, good display and user-friendly. The kids smart GPS watch works precisely. My kid loves it., it adds to his super hero image, and we can stay in touch when needed. Great buy! Great!
Had recently bought this item then 10mins later asked for a refund as my husband had already bought something Similar from a shop. Still emailed about my refund ASAP before confirmation and shipping had happened. And still they say its already been processed and cant refund I would need to wait for delivery (which then I got an email saying would b 4 weeks) then once it comes I need to refuse delivery and wait for it to be resent back to the other country before getting my full refund when they could have stopped the order and refunded me before it leaving their country which would have been a much easier process.
Rude and disgusting behavior. Making this a huge hassle now I wish I never bought it and this distributor for this watch is unprofessional if they cant even cancel an order 10mins after purchasing.

There is already a organization that watch us the citizen it the government. Even them am not to please that they are doing it but what can we do. A business should not have access to track down kids because it can be hack and used for the wrong reasons. If you want that protection you can ask the government they already have program that following peoples with micro chip in the harm. They been putting those in dog for a long time.
