This used to be a great wholesale company to order from about 8 years ago. They have continually gotten worse. They take a week to get an order out to ship, then when you ask if something is in stock, no answer. I asked about this, they immediately was defensive in their bad English. It's about time to move on from them.

I feel cheated. I have paid for a DHL delivery in 3-7 days and they have taken 16 days to send my order. That is not all, 14 suits are missing in my order and 8 are defective, I can not give it any use. I have asked for a reimbursement for missing and defective items and I have been offered a purchase voucher, I have accepted. When I want to make another order with that money, they tell me that I do not have that money available. Luckily all the communication was by email and I was able to recover my money through paypal. Friends, do not buy, the quality is horrible, the transit time is eternal and the customer service is shameful

I would never order from them. I paid through paypal and they didn't even realize I had paid until I email them 4 days later after seeing my order at await pay. Then I kept email to find out when the order was shipped it took then a week to reply to me then I get an email a week later saying they are refunding me 77.00 I had to email and ask why are you guys refunding me what happen to my order? Then I get a reply saying 19 items I ordered were out of stock. Today is the 23rd January 2018 and I got that email this morning after making my order the 4th of January 2018. I am soo upset I will never order from Keke lover again. Communication is poor customer servise is poor.

I wish I visited site jabber before ordering from this store. After I paid for the most expensive and fastest UPS, they ship my orders after 2 weeks. When I asked for the proof of shipping because I felt like they overcharged me, when UPS gave me a tracking information, it showed only 12.5 kgs. So i emailed them that i paid for 41kg so they should refund me the overpayment.

The person named they, replied ¨are you kidding me? We send you 2 boxes and you say only 12.5? Weigh it yourself and see we are charged by volumetric weight not by kg! ¨

If I was wrong, it is her responsibility to correct me politely, I have to push to get refunded for the missing items and make a computation so they will reply. Very rude. Do not order from this company! GARBAGE COMPANY AND THE WORST SUPPLIER IN CHINA

THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETE GARBAGE! EVERY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS, ITEMS ARE MISSING PIECES, THEY ARE COVERED IN DIRT. SMELL DISGUSTING LIKE SOMEONE JUST WENT TO THE TOILET ON THEM! WHEN YOU COMPLAIN YOUR CALLED A LIAR AND A THIEF. THEY FIGHT YOU TOOTH AND NAIL OVER A REFUND AND OBVIOUSLY THEY DO THIS ALOT BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT KEEPING YOUR MONEY! IF YOU BUY FROM THEM EXPECT TO SPEND HOURS AT THE POLICE STATION GETTING ENDLESS PAPER WORK FOR YOUR LONG SLOW FIGHT WITH THEM THROUGH PAYPAL! BUYERS GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

May 23rd 2018 I placed a order with KEKELover Wholesale paid $843.64 with this company Order was supposed to be here 3-4 days through FedEx This is May 1st I received a Tracking number from someone name Jack who told me on May 29th My Order was Shipped out on May 28th an thats was a lie I havent received any email from the start that was a red flag but Ive been ordering from other company for years with know problems but this company here beats the cake I have had to send about 20 emails to this email before someone responded to me with a whole bunch of lies now I sit an wait till Tuesday June 5 to hopefully receive all my items I purchased
