I definitely do not recommend this website. The monthly fee that they charge is very high and when confronted about it, they basically told me to go somewhere else if I didn't like it. I sent them back a very nice email and even cited a scripture where Jesus said you receive free so give free and I don't expect that website would be free but $10 as opposed to $50 a month would be a lot more feasible for single brothers and sisters, who are looking for a mate. In the end they deleted my account which I find so funny, so these so-called brothers and sisters running this website are money, hungry, and don'treally care about their fellow brothers and sisters.
I couldn't add any picture from my gallery. I don't know why. And I couldn't take any pic with the camera.
Today I requested that my profile be deleted because I found a sister with whom I am going to marry, her name is Estefani. I am incredibly grateful brothers. It has been the best experience and thanks to Jehovah and you we have been able to meet. I would like to congratulate you and highly recommend this site to all Jehovah's Witnesses who want to remain obedient when looking for a partner.
At first I was a little skeptical about whether or not to use this website but I subscribed and found Katie, the woman of my dreams. We met on this app and it turns out that we both have the same spiritual goals. We are getting married next May of this year and we are very grateful to you for giving us the opportunity to meet at JWperefctmatch. I can recommend and give others my opinion and my experience in JWperfectmatch as a very genuine website to find a partner in truth, (only in the Lord). Thank you brothers and sisters who manage this beautiful website. We really enjoyed using your services and especially the security that is perceived within your website. I wanted to like this site but it seems to have a lot of glitches. Twice while setting up my profile I was kicked an had to start over. After finally completing my profile I uploaded my picture but it wasn't showing. Tried uploading a few times it wouldn't show. It wasn't anything inappropriate but when I email their support I never received an answer. Their site said it may take 72 hours for a response but after 6 days I still have not received a response. Because of the glitchs setting up, not being able to upload my pic and the no response I could only give them 1 star. Oh well
Clunky, buggy website. Atrocious customer service. Your content will disappear. Images will be blurred because your photo disappeared and they insist everyone have a profile photo. Then you are unable to upload and save a profile photo because of bugs. Template responses from customer service that have nothing to do with your inquiry. Why would anyone pay for this?

Your reply makes no sense and flies in the face of the facts.
I successfully uploaded a profile photo on the 12/22. I discovered one full week later that it was removed. I attempted to upload multiple other photos (one at a time, including headshot photos of face and shoulders). It would not allow me to save any photo. Your website has bugs. I know. I was a director at a tech company. As for my assessment of the customer service I received, it was truly terrible. I emailed about the problem 12/28. Then I emailed again 1/2 due to lack of response. I was sent a "template" response that did NOT offer help, it merely said "let us help you." Lol. Then the template response continued with directions for how to upload and save photos, which I have already demonstrated I knew how to do when I joined the site. I also noted the criteria (no sunglasses, face/headshot). I explained again that I had tried repeatedly to save a new photo and your site was not allowing me to save one. After explaining this (again) in another email, not only did I receive no help. But I received a message that my account was deleted. That is my definition of terrible service. I hope you're not hoping to make a lot of money from this website. Lol
Hello all prospective JW singles, first off let me say hello and I hope you find what you are looking for. Now let me give a little info about my experience with this site. All the reviews about login issues and deleted accounts are true I'm sure, I had my account deleted without explanation, I was never given a chance to fix anything, Just gone. When I asked what the problem was there was no reply. I was reading various reviews on this site and also on the android App Store for the JW perfect match app. Please check them out there are many times more reviews and all of those are verified downloads. There is currently a 1.9 star rating there, would any business run by true brothers and sisters have that poor of a rating? Would true brothers and sisters delete accounts without explanation? They respond to poor reviews with claims that they take extraordinary measures to keep their users safe, read the responses on this site. Let me ask you this, how do they know who it was that wrote the review? They respond to reviews like they know who they are talking too but I'm writing this review without giving any info that I shared with them. How are they responding about my situation if they don't know who I am. The answer is they are making up responses to peoples reviews without knowing who they are talking too. They just have to make it sound good. Please dear brothers and sisters don't give them any personal information, with your name, city, phone number and email address they can get more than halfway to full identity theft. Why do they need the year month and day you were born? All they need for dating purposes is the year, a person you never met doesn't need to know the day you were born on, a thief however would love your complete birthday. They are promising security, in the dating process, they are promising love and companionship but at the very least they are overcharging for an amateur website with dated visuals and questionable content (see all the reviews talking about how after users subscribe the interest from other users goes away) and at worst they are harvesting your information for financial gain or possibly even an attempt to subvert the organization. Think about it, they are collecting information about your local congregation. I'm not going to mention the competing sites here because I don't want them to claim I am working for them but there is a free option and a paid option that both have a more reasonable sign up process. The paid option is honest about the purpose being to make money, they don't hide behind pages and pages of terms and links to the societies articles. Dear brothers and sisters Jwperfectmatch might be the very danger they are claiming to protect us from. Please be careful.
Can anyone consider a comment from someone anonymous to be serious? Someone who hides to affirm his comments from his dark hiding place? Responding to this comment is like wasting time. You attack us from your anonymity.
Quite simply, any profiles deleted, are deleted for a reason. We do not feel that we need to make any further defence than that.
You were surely removed from JWperfectmatch for security reasons since our brothers in charge of reviewing user profiles take security very seriously. We cannot regret being very strict when we prevent the entry of people who should not be within JWperfectmatch.
We are just grateful that thousands of genuine brothers and sisters do not share your view and can see damaging reviews such as these, as dangerous and not something that can be trusted. And certainly not the actions of a true Christian.
We take your message as seriously as you can take an anonymous message from a person who is hiding.
When I was little I dreamed of finding a prince charming riding a white horse, someone who would live for me, after growing up I became very disillusioned with reality because men are not like that, however after knowing our true God Jehovah, I have realized It is said that we can be molded like clay by a potter like our True God Jehovah, so I was wondering where I could find those molded by Jehovah? If for some time during the pandemic that was impossible. Then I found JWperfectmatch. At first I was very skeptical, but now I can only say that I have not found any questionable profile of anyone on their website. I can only say that you are true Servants of God who strive to keep the JWperfectmatch website clean and respectful of biblical principles. I am hoping to find my match through JWperfectmatch and after being in touch with some brothers here and making some friends, and meeting some couples here. My hope is greater. This site is a scam to get your information. Do not do it! They blocked me right after I made a profile and I've been getting spam texts ever since trying to get more information. I also got an email from then requesting a picture of my ID for security purposes. DO NOT USE THEM!
Your profile was temporarily blocked whilst we waited for confirmation that you had been reinstated as when asked if you have ever been disfellowshipped, you had chosen the option ‘yes I have’ rather than ‘I have, but I am restored’.
There were inconsistencies in your profile which is why ID was requested. You are under no obligation to send it, but thousands of brothers and sisters have done so with no hesitation or reprecussions as they see the value in our verification process to prevent fraudulent accounts.
We take it very seriously, and as always, remain resolute in our stand on this. We are sorry you do not appreciate our efforts to keep everyone as safe as possible.
The good reviews are all probably paid by people who own the site. I think all the questions they ask is to make it seem legit when it's really not. Don't waist your time and or money.
Hey...I wanted to share about my best friend story who recommended me this website. As you know it is not easy to find a trustworthy website where you can find a real brother or sister with genuine intentions. My best friend found his wife through it, and now they are happily married. I am so happy also and I am so confident about here and now as a suscriber I will find my life-mate too. Thank you for the effort you are doing in keeping it clean just as Jehovah expects it from us in everything we do.

It is not easy to find a website where you have to go through so many filters to ensure that you are a Jehovah's Witness. That made me feel safe and when I created my user profile I could see that there are many brothers who seem sincere and real. I have not come across any questionable profiles which is a sign that there are brothers working to keep this website safe and clean. I recommend it and I think it's legit. My experience has been excellent and I have met several new friends in the truth.
I never thought that I would meet my future wife on this website, but it did and it has happened, I thank Jehovah and also the brothers and sisters behind JWperfectmatch as they have made it possible for Anna and I to meet each other. Thank you very much brothers these are sincere words of thanks coming from my heart and Anna's. I hope that others can manage to find their partner in the truth. As it should be! Any practice in Jehovah Witness would know that this is a scam none of our services require payment! Or have to pay to meet brothers and sisters. The worldwide Ministry is absolutely free to anyone! This is nothing but Satan's work do not be fooled!. It's a terrible app, two times they've deleted my account. And no response, I also find that so rude. It's a waste of time don't pay anything. Just do JW match. It's better off, it's genuine than this.

I have tried this website a couple different times, and i either only get brothers from Nigeria… Or brothers who are not a match and they disregard that when they message me. The ones that I'm compatible with do not ever contact me. Tuen there are those scammers…who disappear once you question them…I have found it a very disappointing way to meet people and have come to terms with just hanging out with myself!

Your user profile may not have been noticed by others due to many factors, including the quality of the photos you uploaded, the quality of your written texts and also the way you express yourself.
Regardless of this, leaving bad feedback based on your own success, rather than for a bad experience at our expense, seems to be entirely unfair.

I have received a feedback from Mike, thank you for your response. It is very sad to hear from you that my details in the account didn't match. Everything in my account were all right, it's only that I used my third name. The name in my account is also on my country's National ID. The country of origin/residence indicated in my account is completely right/true. If you don't mind I can send a mail to your support team and see for yourselves but I don't think it will be necessary since you blocked me from accessing my account. All the details in my account were true. Being a Christian I know it is always right to tell the truth and that's what I do. My last request is kindly permanently delete my account because my photo is there and am not using the account, am also not comfortable my photo and details being there and that is a public site.

I was reluctant to try the website, but I knew I wanted to find a faithful sister after the loss of my dear wife. I have been precautious of travelling since covid so this seemed a hopeful option. I have not been disappointed, and after a period of getting to know someone special through the website we are now to be married. Even for someone older like me the website has proved to be a huge success. I have used the app via an android device and had no problems. I hope this helps another brother or sister.
