I wouldn't use this site again. The material was of poor quality.
Items came with NoraCora labels. One product still outstanding - supposed to be linen blend. I wait in trepidation
The delivery is taking forever. We are a month into the order and the final item is still not processed, much less shipped. Also, one t-shirt arrived and was not fully stitched. One sleeve had not been sewn at all. All items were the same size but the items varied in size by at least three sizes. Absolutely no quality control or consistency of sizing between items.
Never again.

Very straightforward online experience and a huge selection.
Your service was excellent but the quality of your goods are average. Your photographer is excellent as he brings out the best in the items you are selling but in actual fact the items are far below what you see. I would say you get what you pay for, nothing more. I hate giving you a not so good review but as communications and delivery go they were very good.
Fabric is tissue paper thin. Poor communication and customer service after sale. Returns have limited time window and are difficult to say the least. Be careful when you can not find a place of business address. You've been warned!

On March 16 I ordered some clothes, paid for expedited shipment. Was charged (via PayPal) immediately. Had to get my order in a week. As of April 1, it is still "being processed". Customer service phone is inaccessible. Sent them 2 emails, that were never answered. Highly doubt I'll EVER get my order.
We receive a high number of e-mails and requests during the peak season and therefore the response time is delayed.
For order status inquery, please do submit such an exact message as "Where is my order?" for faster response.
I really like a lot of the clothing but the sizes are not consistent. I have one top fits me perfectly and its a XL and another is a XL and its WAY too big. Also the photo shots make the tops seem like they sparkle but you receive them and... not... its not what you see on line... then when you go to return them... i have to pay for shipping but then they offer me a discount where it doesnt make sense foe me to return but u still have to find a new home for these clothes... so its a hasstle. I'm happy/unhappy
I ordered a dress from Just Fashion Now and had to return it. It just wasn't my style. I was disappointed to find out how much the shipping costs, both to receive the dress and to return it. Combined, it cost me about $20. That was an expensive try-on! I did have the option to keep the dress and get back half my money, but it wouldn't be worth it to me if I didn't wear it.
My wife ordered a summer dress. Took 3+ weeks to arrive. Didn't realize that it was coming from China. Quality seemed OK, but too small. Just be aware that you're on the hook for return shipping and, and yes, it's going back to China. So, if your looking for a refund on a $30-$40 item, the return cost will nearly equal the item's cost. The seller knows this. Their solution is a 15% refund instead of a return. So she gets a dress that she can't wear and I get $5 back. Not my idea of a good retailer. So, it looks like this one is going to the local thrift shop. My advice is to avoid Facebook ads and stick to Amazon.

Love that this site has all the cute cloths I could want. Only bad part is I have to wait a month or two before I receive them... but usually worth it. This time, most of my items came within 3 weeks!
Answer: Because you get lured in by deals and don't read reviews. My loss too, glad I never ordered more items - I think this company is a fraud, or unable to cope with plain business, shouldn't be allowed to operate at this level

I am going to donate my horrible faux linen dresses and not waste any more time or $ on returning items. Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
