I am sharing my feed
Its been more than 6 years me have a connection of Jtel broadband, when I installed it the brand name was Jtel fiber, am very much satisfied about the service provided to me. Talking about the speed it actually depends upon the speed u select. Mine is 100mbps and quite fast compared to other broadbands, it gets connect very fast there is no issue regarding connections. The service provided is very good, I dont know about other cities, I stay in Nagercoil, when ever I had complained any issue on sundays. It was sorted out 2-4Hrs. But very early as soon as possible however its an holiday even the staff of Jtel need speed of service. But I think the customers use a lot on sundays bcoz they r free so hope act members solve us this delay. Overall Jtel is the best & cheaper priced network compared to others. There are many even more cheaper broadband but I suggest not to waste time and money behind all those. They dont provide service like Jtel
