Poor customer service and lights break nonstop

Our panel broke 4 times beginning year after purchase. It's $300 each time to send back to repair even if not your issue. They also have very bad flickering rates and customer service won't respond to you if in need. They erase all bad reviews on website and social media. It's not honest. Go elsewhere w a reputable company without the flickering.

I used their red light therapy device which I so hoping it would help. They have a 60-day money back guarantee. They extended mine so I could try it longer. Now that's customer satisfaction!
