Quick, professional, and their customer service is excellent. There was an issue with the film being crumbled and losing the product. I received a replacement by the next day with a credit for the hassle.
Im happy with my DTF ordering process, but I've had two bad orders now, both with images darker than the ones I submitted and backgrounds were removed on the first order when I did not select it. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I had an issue with receiving my transfers due to weather, and an issue with UPS. I was in a panic- I have a small business and we were under a tight deadline. I reached out to Jiffy- they overnighted me what I needed, no questions asked!
For my small business, I only order my shirts from Jiffy. I always know that I will get a quality product, fast!

There was a slight mess up in one of my orders but you guys promptly dealt with it professionally I got a refund quickly back into my bank and also a discount code that I didn't get to use because they had an expiry date before I could reorder but nonetheless I'm happy and I will keep coming back
I ordered some shirts on February 14 to be delivered by February 19. It just kept showing will let you know when tracking. I had the hardest time trying to get my money back even though they still till this day have no idea what is going on with the shirts. They just keep changing the date without a tracking number. I have to finish my order so that everything looks the same but after that I am considering another site
